In search of Business Analyst with minimum 3 years of experience

Must be eligible to work on W2 without sponsorship

Ideal but not required experience with Product Information Management (PIM) system using Informatica P360. This role combines both technical leadership and business-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between IT and business teams. You’ll help design and improve how product data is managed, while also ensuring teams clearly understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Informatica P360 (Product 360/PIM).

● Platform Expertise:

○ Proven expertise in Informatica P360 data modeling, web UI customization, workflow engine, reporting, and maintenance console.

○ Familiarity with other Informatica components (e.g., IICS, Data Quality, EDC) is a plus.

● Database & Cloud:

○ Working knowledge of Amazon Redshift and experience with SQL query writing and performance optimization in a data warehousing environment is a plus.

○ Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and exposure to NoSQL databases.

● Data Domain Knowledge:

○ Understanding of Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) principles and best practices.

○ Expertise in data modeling techniques for product data (e.g., hierarchical structures, classifications, inheritance).

Technical Skills:

○ Proficiency in Java and/or scripting languages relevant to P360 customization.

○ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and message queue technologies for real-time integration.

Soft Skills

○ Exceptional consultative and communication skills, with the proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business users.

○ Direct experience creating detailed technical specifications and managing requirements/user stories in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

○ Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

○ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

This is a Contract position based out of Kalamazoo, MI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
