Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in manufacturing machinery and control systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for installation and repair.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, local codes (e.g., NEC), and company standards.
• Calibrate, test, and adjust electrical instruments and control devices.
• Document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification/apprenticeship completion.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing PLC-controlled equipment and systems.
• Strong understanding of motor control circuits, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and power distribution systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and adherence to electrical safety standards (e.g., LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Robotics troubleshooting and programming experience
• Advanced proficiency with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC programming and HMI development
• Experience with instrumentation calibration, maintenance, and control loop tuning
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and historical data
