Role specifics and benefits:
- Key responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to long‑term residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications per physician orders, monitoring vital signs, and identifying changes in condition. Assist with activities of daily living, wound care, and routines that support mobility, nutrition, and hygiene. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, perform accurate charting, document assessments and interventions, and participate in rounds.
