We seek a driven fitness enthusiast passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This part-time position requires weekday (and eventually weekend availability if needed) . Ability to grow into a full-time position with the company. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, community events, sales, and work experience in the health & fitness industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Manager  is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events and activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
• Genuine and honest personality
• Flexible availability
• Technologically savvy
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience in customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is preferred
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply
