Arcadia Lending is located in Clawson, MI, specializing in mortgage brokerage services. We work with clients in MI, OH, FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and VA. Arcadia Lending guides clients through the complex mortgage process, ensuring that they find the best loan option that suits their unique circumstances. We work directly in the wholesale market with the nations most competitive lenders and offer every product available.

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our sales team. We are NOT a call center but leads are provided from the nation's most reputable lead providers. We offer a tiered commission structure, company matching 401k plan, and health insurance coverage is available for all of our employees.

Role Description

• Make outbound calls to company provided leads and create a client relationship while taking the initial application
• Evaluating loan applications and assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to determine loan eligibility
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation to ensure a smooth mortgage closure
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and referral sources to generate new business opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or comparable sales experience
• NMLS Certification is preferred but not required (will be needed if not currently licensed)
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check
