Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Charlotte, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. We are hiring immediately for General Laborers / Warehouse Associates to join our team in a cold storage (refrigerated warehouse) environment.
Responsibilities
Must be able to lift up 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
We currently have openings for General Laborers. Position requirements include:
- Must have steel toe Boots/Shoes (Mandatory)
- Work in a cold storage/ refrigerated facility
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of general labor experience.
- Must be able to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
Pay & Compensation:
- Pay is NOT fixed — compensation is based on a performance test conducted at the facility
- Your pay rate will be determined by your speed, accuracy, and overall performance during the evaluation
