Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all preventative and reactive maintenance for manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the manufacturing plant.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the facilities operating budget, including capital expenditure planning and cost control initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Plan, execute, and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
• Implement and monitor energy efficiency programs and manage utility consumption across the manufacturing site.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans for the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive facilities management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships effectively.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance scheduling and asset tracking.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in FDA-regulated or other highly compliant manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience with energy management or sustainability initiatives.
