Summary/Objective

H.A. Automotive Systems is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable preferably Mandarin speaking Production Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that various departments have the best physical resources available to complete their duties. This individual should be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc. The goal of this position is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

Essential Duties

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Able to respond to any emergency maintenance calls immediately during scheduled work hour; determines problems and solutions.
• Assist with any machinery maintenance within the automotive plant
• Work collectively and effectively with other departments within the facility

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Plastic Injection Molding environment and/or related manufacturing field
• Experience using SAP and MES software
• Basic understanding of OSHA standards
• Strong data-analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with performing hands-on maintenance on machinery
• Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently, set priorities
• Able to perform basic maintenance & repairs for property including company warehouse
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively to meet deadlines
• Ability to listen, think clearly and communicate effectively and courteously in challenging and sometimes stressful situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills
• Computer-savvy, skilled with MS Office
• Automation experience preferred
• Associate’s Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in either Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
