Real Hearing USA is expanding our telehealth-enabled care model and is seeking an experienced Remote Audiologist to join our growing multi-state organization. This opportunity is available as either a Full-Time (FT) employee role or a 1099 contractor position , offering flexibility while delivering high-quality virtual hearing care.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable providing comprehensive audiologic evaluations remotely, value efficiency, and thrive in a technology-driven care environment.

Position Overview

The Remote Audiologist will conduct diagnostic hearing evaluations using validated teleaudiology platforms and remote testing tools. You will interpret results, document findings, and collaborate with onsite teams to ensure seamless patient care and appropriate treatment pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote hearing evaluations via teleaudiology platforms

• Perform and interpret In-Situ hearing tests and other approved remote diagnostic tools

• Ensure testing meets clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with onsite clinic teams to support continuity of care

• Maintain compliance with all state licensure and telehealth requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Audiology (AuD) license in at least one U.S. state

• Strong preference for licensure in MI, GA, SC, TN, IA, and/or FL

• Experience with In-Situ hearing testing

• Experience with teleaudiology or remote diagnostic platforms

• Comfortable conducting virtual patient consultations and counseling

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional telehealth workspace

Preferred Experience

• Prior teleaudiology or remote diagnostic experience

• Familiarity with hearing aid clinical workflows and provider handoffs

• Experience supporting multi-location healthcare organizations

• Efficient, exam-focused clinical style balancing quality and productivity

Compensation & Structure

• Full-Time (FT): Competitive salary with structured scheduling and consistent exam volume

• 1099 Contractor: Paid per completed hearing exam with flexible scheduling
