We are searching for a highly energetic, motivated individual with knowledge and interest in information technology. In this role you will be responsible for installing, configuring, optimizing and mass deployment of computers and other IT peripherals.
As the Service Specialist, you will be responsible to follow tasks that are assigned to you by the Service Team Lead. Those tasks include but are not limited to: Formatting computers, copying data, configuring printers, and installing cables.
We take pride of our Service Specialists, as they are always interacting with our clients on a daily basis. That’s why we require individuals who are problem solvers with great communication skills and customer service experience.
Job Requirements
We are looking for experienced candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Have a valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, ability to follow simple tasks, with high attention to detail
- Willing to travel multiple trips daily and can interact with new clients
- Willing to take part of an On-call rotation system, if required
- Willing to work after hours and occasionally on weekends, if required
Experience
- Relevant: 1year IT (Required)
- Reload/Install/Upgrade Window computers (required)
- Trouble shoot Windows errors (required)
- Trouble shoot event error logs (required)
- Basic network knowledge with TCP/IP (required)
- Basic domain controller and active directory knowledge (required)
- Experience with windows 10/windows 7 (required)
- Experience with windows 10/windows 7 (required)
Education
- High school (Required)
- Associate Degree (preferred)
