Position Overview:

A leading provider of conveyor system solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple conveyor projects, primarily within the automotive industry . This role is responsible for project planning, execution, financial tracking, and subcontractor coordination to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple conveyor system projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Create and track Change Order Requests for additional scope on projects.
• Ensure accurate data submission for invoicing.
• Generate and maintain Open Issues lists weekly, sharing updates with customers and internal teams.
• Issue Requests for Quote (RFQs) for major installation subcontractors, validate pricing, and coordinate purchase requisitions.
• Oversee Site Managers during installation phases, conducting site visits as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the conveyor industry .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel .
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field .
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
