$100,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized financial strategies and recommendations that help clients achieve their financial goals and make informed decisions
- Stay current on industry trends, financial products, retirement solutions, and business planning strategies to provide ongoing value to clients
- Collaborate with experienced leadership, mentors, and subject matter experts while applying coaching and best practices to accelerate professional growth and practice development
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative planning, proactive communication, and exceptional service
- Utilize technology, planning resources, and data insights to enhance client meetings, improve efficiency, and strengthen relationships
- Leverage AI-powered prospecting and business development tools to identify qualified opportunities and connect with businesses seeking retirement, benefits, and wealth management solutions
- Grow and manage a successful financial advisory practice focused on serving business owners, professionals, and small to mid-sized businesses
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations required
- Strong business development, networking, and consultative sales skills
- Proven ability to build, retain, and grow a client base through relationship-focused business development
- Ability to work independently while leveraging resources and support to accelerate growth
- Eagerness to learn from experienced leaders and apply coaching, mentorship, and proven best practices to accelerate professional growth
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, insurance, banking, or a related advisory role
- Experience creating financial strategies and presenting tailored recommendations to clients
- Motivation to leverage the strength, reputation, and resources of Principal to expand a client base and deepen impact within the business community
