**Disposition Support Specialist**
**Norton Shores, Michigan**
**Onsite: Mon - Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm**
**Hourly Pay: $17/hr**

The Disposition Support Specialist (Inventory/Supply Management Support) supports the Supply Management Team with various tasks, which include the following:
+ Work within a group inbox.
+ Communicate with suppliers via Phone and email.
+ Coordinate with Lead, Supervisor and Manager on any escalations.
+ Enter Dispositions into SAP.
+ Communicate dispositions within the team for release and return.
+ Maintain disposition Log, include when suppliers were contacted by phone/email.
+ Update SAP with ESD's.
+ Coordinate efforts with internal and external colleagues.
+ Perform any additional tasks assigned by KellyOCG management.
Qualifications:
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be able to prioritize and make quick decisions.
+ Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
+ High school diploma is required, A BA is preferred.
+ Some logistics experience preferred.
+ Some inventory management preferred.
+ Strong customer service background in an industry that moves parts.
+ Computer literacy required in Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Outlook.
+ Strong Microsoft Excel background required.
