Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and applications supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of IT and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Lead IT projects for manufacturing process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical support and rapid incident resolution for production-related IT issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with manufacturing goals for efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Oversee IT asset management and inventory for both corporate and shop floor equipment.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts for manufacturing-specific software, hardware, and services.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong expertise with manufacturing-specific IT systems, including ERP, MES, and SCADA/ICS integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects, manage budgets, and foster a high-performing IT team.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence principles.
• Strategic mindset with experience aligning IT initiatives with manufacturing business objectives and driving digital transformation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with common manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, PLCs, and industrial networking.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies as applied to IT service delivery.
• Experience with IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
