Requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
- Guide and educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Keep track of client progress and maintain accurate records.
What You’ll Need:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure in Michigan.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a clinical or home health setting is a plus!
- A caring, compassionate approach to client care.
