Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Annual Wellness Visits

Looking for a flexible telehealth role where you can work from home and set your own weekly schedule? We're seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventive care — Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and preventive health assessments — for patients of a fast-growing national in-home care company.

3+ active state NP licenses required — please do not apply without them.

Requirements:

Licensure:Active, unencumbered NP licensure in 3+ states.

Experience:1+ year as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. Annual Wellness Visit, Health Risk Assessment, or telehealth experience strongly preferred.

Board Certification:FNP, AGNP, Adult, or Acute Care.

Availability:Minimum 10 hours per week, Monday–Friday, roughly 7:00am–3:30pm in your patients' local time zones. Two full 8-hour days per week is ideal. East Coast NPs licensed in western states can work into early evening ET.

Compliance:No Medicare or Medicaid opt-out, and no exclusion from any federal or state healthcare program.
