Position Summary:

The Restaurant & Taphouse Manager oversees daily operations of the front-of-house restaurant and brewery taproom. This role ensures smooth service, high standards, team leadership, and profitability while maintaining compliance with all food, beverage, and alcohol regulations. The Restaurant & Taphouse Manager will work closely with the kitchen manager to establish desirable weekly and monthly food specials and train the waitstaff on all new specials and menu items. This role is also responsible for promoting the restaurant and taphouse, specials, events, and any other related information and details on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant and taproom operations
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee bar operations, beer handling, and taproom standards
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health code compliance
• Collaborate with brewers, kitchen staff, and ownership
• Handle cash management, POS reporting, and sales tracking
• Support events, promotions, and community engagement
• Enforce company policies and uphold brand standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant and bar management experience (brewery or craft beer experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and alcohol service laws
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Passion for hospitality and craft beer and cocktails
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
