About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Patient Care & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences while driving growth in memberships, services, and overall patient engagement.

You will serve as the first point of contact for patients—both new and existing—guiding them through their care journey, ensuring seamless coordination, and acting as a trusted advisor. In addition, you’ll take a proactive role in identifying sales opportunities and executing marketing initiatives to attract new patients, promote memberships, and support the company’s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Coordination

• Greet and engage patients with empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Educate patients on services, memberships, pricing, and care pathways to ensure a smooth and informed experience.

• Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and coordinate between departments to streamline the patient journey.

• Serve as a liaison between patients and clinical teams to ensure timely responses and high-quality service.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and memberships that align with patient goals and needs.

• Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to convert them into paying members.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets related to new memberships, service packages, and renewals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

Marketing & Outreach

• Execute and support marketing campaigns (email, SMS, referral programs) to attract new patients and promote service offerings.

• Manage and create engaging content for company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost visibility and build community engagement.

• Proactively perform cold calling and outreach to potential leads from curated lists, local community groups, and events.

• Attend or coordinate community outreach initiatives, health fairs, or virtual events to represent the brand and connect with new prospects.

• Collaborate with the owner to suggest promotions, campaigns, or content based on patient feedback and trends.

• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.

What We Do

• Medical Weight Loss & Wellness Programs
  Customized weight loss plans guided by medical professionals, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle coaching, tailored evaluations (body composition, medical history), prescription support (where appropriate), and injection therapies such as B12 or lipotropics.

• Lab Testing Services
  Extensive diagnostic services including blood panels, STD & drug testing, hormone checks, thyroid, cancer screening, allergy sensitivity, DNA/paternity testing, wellness panels, etc. Many tests do not require a doctor’s order. Confidential, fast turn‐arounds (often 24–48 hrs) and visitor‐friendly practices like walk‐ins and affordable self‐pay options.

• Holistic & Supportive Care
  Nutritional guidance, lifestyle education, measurement tracking. A staff made up of medical doctors, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and support personnel who collaborate to customize plans for individuals with different backgrounds (busy professionals, parents, etc.).

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a sales, patient care coordinator, or customer-facing healthcare role.

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales or service goals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Social media savvy, with a solid understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for business promotion.

• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.

• CRM and/or EMR system experience preferred (practice fusion).

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Empathetic and patient-focused with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
