Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce robust safety, quality, and environmental compliance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all plant departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Strategic planning and execution to align plant operations with overall business goals.
• Manage maintenance and reliability programs for plant equipment and infrastructure.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Strong commitment to fostering a safe work environment and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management)
• Proven experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce or global operations
• Track record of successful new plant commissioning or significant capacity expansion projects
