Electro-Mechanical Production Assembler

We’re hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers in Otsego, MI. If you thrive in a production environment and enjoy hands-on work, this role offers flexibility with all shifts available and a team committed to quality output.
What You’ll Tackle
- Assemble electronic components and complete systems to documented specifications and quality standards.
- Execute mechanical assembly steps with precision and care.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks to confirm compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation for safety and efficiency.
- Partner with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly production goals.
- Complete basic data entry and reporting in company systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated mechanical assembly skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Collaborative approach and reliable teamwork.
