Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ecommerce operations, with specific expertise in selling and listing products on Faire, Shopify, and Etsy. This individual will be responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience, as well as shipping the orders daily.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
• Oversee and manage product listings on Faire, Shopify, and Etsy.
• Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Stay informed about platform updates and implement best practices to maximize visibility.
• Sales Optimization:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement promotions, discounts, and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
• Customer Experience:
• Monitor customer reviews and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with customer support to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Implement customer-centric practices to build brand loyalty.
• Inventory and Fulfillment:
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Manage order fulfillment processes to meet customer expectations.
• Optimize shipping options and costs for efficiency.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and platform analytics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with literary and book-related products is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Retail Store management a plus
