Job Description Role and Responsibilities
· Create and process invoices to customers in multiple systems
· Troubleshoot billing issues & contact customers to resolve
· Assist Customer Service Team with follow up and issue resolution
· Adhere to company policies and procedures
· Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned or needed.
EDUCATION and Qualifications Requirements
· Prefer Associate Degree in Accounting
· Two years of prior Billing, Account Receivable and Accounts Payable
· Excellent written and oral communications
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Knowledge of Basic Math skills
· Strong organization skills
· Ability to Multitask
· Work well in fast-paced deadline oriented environment
