We're seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team in Spring Lake, Michigan! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

• Physician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groups
• Office offers on-site lab
• Practice currently has 4 physicians and 3 APPs
• 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office. Leaders are willing to offer flexibility to create a balanced schedule for everyone
• Shared Unrestricted call coverage with other family medicine physicians in the medical group, ensuring excellent work-life balance
• Very close-knit, collaborative office with a supportive environment

Requirements

• Relevant clinical experience required
• Physicians: Shall be board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or is board eligible and will become board certified within five years following the Start Date (unless sooner required by the applicable medical staff bylaws)
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
