Our agency opened in 2018, and our team of 4 works together to create a positive, supportive environment where both our customers and team members feel valued. As a second-generation State Farm agent, insurance has always been a part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. I attended Central Michigan University and am married with one child. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and keeping up with my active child. Giving back to our community is important to us. We participate in a back-to-school backpack drive, Thanksgiving events, local Chamber activities, and other community outreach opportunities throughout the year. We offer PTO and strive to maintain a fun, encouraging workplace where teamwork and positivity are a priority. Seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, community engagement, and outreach efforts. This position focuses on promoting brand awareness and supporting office growth initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Plan and implement local marketing and networking activities.
- Support event coordination and community involvement.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the agent.
- Collaborate with team members to align marketing and customer engagement goals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience with marketing, communications, or social media preferred.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
