A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time On-Site Pharmacy Technician in Canton!

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting fulfillment operations, managing inventory, mentoring team members, and ensuring accuracy in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications.

The ideal candidate is a licensed or certified pharmacy technician who brings a strong background in pharmacy operations, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Pharmacy Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $21.30/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage pharmacy inventory, including communicating supply needs to relevant departments.

· Assist with onboarding and training of new hires within the department.

· Provide support and resolution for escalated cases and complex issues.

· Conduct quality audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

· Participate in departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned.

· Act as a temporary backup to the department Supervisor when needed.

· Perform other duties as required to support operational success.

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

· High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

· Active pharmacy technician license or certification (as required by state Board of Pharmacy).

· Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.

· Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, quality standards, and customer service practices.

· Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software platforms).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, diplomatic demeanor.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods of time (with or without reasonable accommodations).
