We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Byron Center, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
