Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU) (Nights) Midland MI
This position performs a variety of integrated pre and post-operative critical care functions, intuitively, using the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner.
Responsibilities(25%)* Assesses patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.
(25%)* Organizes and coordinates all aspects of patient care according to the patient s real and/or perceived needs.
(25%)* Evaluates patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient s plan of care or clinical path.
(25%)* Consults and collaborates with members of the healthcare team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals.
Requirement description :- 2+ years of SICU Experience - Required
- Open Heart Trained - Required
- BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required
- Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
- Epic Experience - Preferred
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)

Weekend Requirements : Three weekend shifts per 4 week scheduling period. (Fri and Sat)
