Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Trailer Mechanic to join our team on First Shift . This role involves the inspection, maintenance, and repair of our fleet of dry van trailers, ensuring safety and compliance with Department of Transportation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, lighting, and structural trailer systems

• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance

• Ensure all work meets DOT and company standards

• Work independently and as part of a maintenance team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in trailer repair or related field (preferred)

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

• Comfortable entering/exiting trailers and operating foot/hand controls

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb in and under trailers

• Capable of working outdoors year-round in varying weather

• Must be physically fit to handle heavy parts and equipment regularly
