Position Details
Full-Time: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Part-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift
8 hour shifts
Compensation
RN COMPENSATION
$39.40 – $46.40 / hour
Based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential
Sign-On Bonus Details
RN: $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time)

What You’ll DoProvide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Active RN license (Michigan)
Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance
