Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming contract school year in the Kalamazoo, MI area. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting. The position requires onsite work and offers a caseload focused on delivering speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide speech and language initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Demonstrated professional experience in a school setting with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff.
