🗓️ Open Interviews:

Come visit us and learn more about the role while sharing your enthusiasm and experiences. We're seeking dedicated individuals to assist residents with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries in their day-to-day activities.

Current Available Positions:

Direct Care Workers: Full-time availability for 2nd shift (afternoon) Time: 4:00pm - 12:00am

Vocational Assistant: Full-Time Monday - Friday only | Time: 8:00am - 4:00pm availability

✨ What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate support and assistance with daily living activities.
• Implement individualized care plans under the guidance of our team.
• Document and monitor client behavior and provide transportation to activities.
• Be a positive influence in our clients' lives - every day counts!
• Perform other duties according to our DCW Staff Job Description

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Are flexible and available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Have a genuine passion for helping others.
• Are willing to undergo a background check and reference verification.
• Are over the age of 21 years.
