Benefits

2. The average tip is between $40-$70 per day!
3. The average Senior Captain makes an average $25 per hour!

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
2. Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
3. Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
4. Care in handling customer belongings
5. Safely operating trucks and equipment
6. Hauling unwanted items
7. Hitting revenue goals and benchmarks
8. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (e.g., tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.).
9. Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $16 and Move Captains $18 + tips + profit share + upsells + valuation equates to $25 to $26 per hr
