Warehouse Associate
We’re looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced freezer environment. In this role, you’ll help move, load, and organize products to get them ready for shipment. You’ll be working as part of a team and staying active throughout your shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
Load and unload products in a freezer environment
Move product from pallets, racks, and refrigerated trailers
Stack and prepare orders for delivery trucks
Accurately pick and stage shipments
Keep dock and work areas clean and organized
Follow all safety, quality, and food handling standards
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and daily goals
Work Environment
Cold temperatures (freezer conditions — below 32°F)
Fast-paced warehouse setting
Exposure to forklifts and moving equipment
Physical role — lifting up to 50 lbs
Standing, walking, and moving throughout shift
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable working in very cold/freezer temperatures
Ability to perform physical labor consistently
Team player with strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow
You should be proficient in:
- Shipping/Receiving
- Warehouse Experience
- Distribution Experience
- Loading and Unloading Vehicles
Machines & technologies you'll use:
