INTL MEX - Software Engineering Manager

Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to support one of our customers out of Mexico. Responsibilities include:  - Lead and provide guidance to a backend team of approximately 10 engineers, including offshore resources  - Oversee migration projects, ensuring applications are transitioned effectively  - Work extensively with legacy technologies, leveraging deep knowledge to modernize systems.  - Execute a strategic roadmap to migrate from Oracle to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.  -Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with business objectives. Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 MX per month Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
