Job Description

• As a Downstream Operator, you will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to catch any basic abnormalities.
• You will be mainly responsible for making sure the final product is being wrapped around the reel in an even and neat manner while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.
• You will use basic hand tools and some power tools to cut conduit as it comes down the line and check packaging/labeling before the product goes out the door for final inspection.

Shift & Pay:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Enjoy a consistent 2-2-3 schedule with a three-day weekend every other week!
• $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Wrap the final product around the reel in an even and neat manner.
• Maintain quality checks on the product.
• Use basic hand tools and some power tools to cut conduit.
• Check packaging and labeling before final inspection.

Essential Skills

• Production experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• 6+ months experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation
• Familiarity with packaging
• Basic hand tool and power tool usage
• General labor and assembly experience
• Inspection skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
