Overview

Byron Center Family Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their busy practice. The practice is in Byron Center, MI, just south of Grand Rapids. As a member of the care team, you will join four physicians, four Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Manager, LMSW Social Worker, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff.

Qualifications

• Required – Bachelor’s Degree
• BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-BLS - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
• CRT-BLS - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
• CRT-ACLS - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
