Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial planning.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial data integrity.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and drive profitability.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure tax compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects in a manufacturing environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
• Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced cost accounting methodologies such as Lean Accounting or Activity-Based Costing.
• Experience in identifying and implementing finance process automation or efficiency improvements.
