Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mason that are seeking skilled Plant Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality control, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the plant's budget, P&L, and capital expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Drive quality assurance processes to ensure products consistently meet customer specifications.
• Optimize inventory management and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or advanced degree in operations management or engineering
• Proven experience with new plant startups, expansions, or significant capital projects
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish or a language relevant to the workforce/supply chain
