Fire Alarm Radio Technician
This is an excellent opportunity for a Fire Alarm Communicator, AES Radio Installer, RF Technician, or Fire Alarm Service Technician looking to grow with a fast-expanding life safety technology company.KEYS:
- 6 Months experience withInstallation, programming, and servicing AES Radio devices, fire alarm communicators, and related systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot Fire Alarm communication systems to ensure reliability
- Perform regular testing and signal verification to meet safety and compliance standards
- Install, program, and service AES Radio devices, fire alarm communicators, and related systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot Fire Alarm communication systems to ensure reliability
- Perform regular testing and signal verification to meet safety and compliance standards
- Accurately document service activities, issues, and resolutions in company systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide updates on service progress
- Travel daily to customer locations; occasional overnight travel may be required
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company protocols
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Fire Alarm service preferred
- Technical Skills: Understanding of wireless communication systems, radio frequency equipment, and low-voltage technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Customer-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred
- OSHA 10/30 preferred
