**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the healthcare location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits within the healthcare facility.
+ Support Allied Universal and client staff in maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment for all individuals at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
