Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Manage plant budget and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture and addressing personnel matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain high product quality standards through effective quality control systems and processes.
• Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and R&D to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (7-10+ years) in manufacturing operations management, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop large production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in a related engineering or business field
• Experience with multi-site operations or new plant commissioning/start-up
• Proficiency with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
