About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about fresh-baked bread and eager to be part of a friendly, fast-paced team? Old Mission Bakery is seeking a motivated Bencher/Prep Person to help us craft delicious baked goods and keep our kitchen running smoothly. No experience? No problem—we provide all the training you need!
What You’ll Do
- Shape and prepare bread dough to perfection, ensuring every loaf meets our high standards.
- Support our bakers with a variety of prep tasks, learning new skills along the way.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep.
