What your day will look like:

• Perform daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Manage the automated A/P system (Stampli), including invoice intake, approval routing, posting, and payment processing
• Process vendor invoices and issue payments via check, wire, and ACH
• Collaborate with Procurement and internal teams to resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies
• Address vendor and customer inquiries and reconcile account statements
• Oversee the expense reporting process by:
• Communicating submission deadlines
• Reviewing reports for policy compliance
• Posting expenses in Oracle NetSuite
• Processing reimbursements
• Generate customer invoices for shipped orders
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts
• Facilitate new vendor onboarding and ensure proper documentation is collected
• Initiate manual wires and bill payments through banking platforms as needed
• Monitor and manage the Accounting inbox, responding to inquiries promptly
• Review inventory purchase orders for accuracy in coordination with Operations

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting/finance experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, GAAP-compliant journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Experience with inventory analysis, WIP reporting, cycle counting, and cost/efficiency analysis
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office; NetSuite (Oracle NetSuite) experience required
• Willingness to partner with other departments as needed
• Familiar with ERP/accounting systems, invoice workflows, and expense reporting
• Comfortable with automated financial systems and focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
