What your day will look like:
- Perform daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Manage the automated A/P system (Stampli), including invoice intake, approval routing, posting, and payment processing
- Process vendor invoices and issue payments via check, wire, and ACH
- Collaborate with Procurement and internal teams to resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies
- Address vendor and customer inquiries and reconcile account statements
- Oversee the expense reporting process by:
- Communicating submission deadlines
- Reviewing reports for policy compliance
- Posting expenses in Oracle NetSuite
- Processing reimbursements
- Generate customer invoices for shipped orders
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts
- Facilitate new vendor onboarding and ensure proper documentation is collected
- Initiate manual wires and bill payments through banking platforms as needed
- Monitor and manage the Accounting inbox, responding to inquiries promptly
- Review inventory purchase orders for accuracy in coordination with Operations
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting/finance experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of AP/AR, GAAP-compliant journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Experience with inventory analysis, WIP reporting, cycle counting, and cost/efficiency analysis
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office; NetSuite (Oracle NetSuite) experience required
- Willingness to partner with other departments as needed
- Familiar with ERP/accounting systems, invoice workflows, and expense reporting
- Comfortable with automated financial systems and focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
