Purpose: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facilities equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery (e.g., conveyors, pumps, compressors).
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Dismantle, move, and reassemble equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
- Conduct rigging, lifting, and precision alignment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Keep detailed maintenance records.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new machinery.
- Train junior staff and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman license preferred.
- 3+ years of mechanical experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-call/shifts, overtime, and weekends.
- Physical strength to handle heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of schematics and 'Lock out Tag Out' principles.

The range for this position is $28.50 hourly rate - $42.00 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
