Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality inspection staff and technicians.
• Oversee all product inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and generate performance reports.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality discrepancies and prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
