Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure output targets are met.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production line personnel, fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• Enforce all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Monitor production efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Optimize resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize productivity.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators and operational metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a production team effectively.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and production metrics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training
