Inside Sales Representative | Hudsonville, MI
Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Hudsonville seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities for manufacturing products or services.
- Present and demonstrate manufacturing solutions and product specifications to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare and deliver accurate price quotes, proposals, and sales orders for manufacturing equipment, components, or materials.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.
- Manage and update customer information, sales activities, and pipeline within the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries related to product details, orders, and post-sale follow-up.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or industrial components.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical product information.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with technical specifications or industrial drawings relevant to manufacturing products.
- Experience utilizing an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing or inventory inquiries.
- Previous exposure to specific manufacturing product lines (e.g., industrial components, MRO supplies, automation equipment).
- Proficiency with modern sales engagement platforms or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
