Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and schematics.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components, motors, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments, sensors, and control devices.
• Document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical equipment and machinery.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety standards.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on electrical systems.
• Experience with high-voltage systems (480V+) and three-phase power.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting
• Familiarity with robotic systems maintenance or installation
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience with instrumentation and calibration
• Advanced training or certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E)
