Salary Range: $123,000 - $172,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation, optimization, or advanced module configuration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in treasury management, working capital optimization, or foreign exchange risk management.
