Compensation : $50-$80/hour plus profit sharing

Schedule : 24 – 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Two years of NP or PA experience
• Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice, is preferred
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance Registration
• Must be located in Traverse City, MI 49684

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
• Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Gainswave, P-Shot, or prescribing medications like Trimix
• Conducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results
• Provide patient education
• Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Overseeing Medical Assistant(s)
• Maintaining clinic census goals
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans
• Review daily sales and retention goals

This is a part-time-to-full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Director at Gameday Men's Health Traverse City.

The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide direct and indirect patient care, conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. They will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in patient education and counseling.

• There will be about 40 hours of online paid training before working in the clinic.
• You will receive access to the Hormonal Health Institute's BHRT CME training series as part of your employment. Gameday will also cover the cost of your DEA & medical license registration.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Compensation Structure

• Part Time starting pay $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience and skill level
• Revenue sharing is a possibility in the future, and you can earn up to $30,000 additionally annually
• Once transferred to full-time employment, you can earn $125,000 - $150,000 annually
